How to check the status of my order?
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is successfully transmitted. Once shipped, you will receive another email confirmation including your tracking information.
How to cancel or make changes to my order?
To Cancel: Go to Contact. In the message box put "Cancel Order" followed by your order number within 24 hours of placing your order. ( example: Cancel Order 12345)
To Change: Go to Contact. In the message box put "Change Order" followed by your order number within 24 hours of placing your order. ( example: Change Order 12345)
How much hair do you need?
Always remember; the shorter hair the longer wefts and the longer hair the shorter wefts. For a more full install we recommend this method:12"-16" 2 bundle; 18"-22" 3 bundles; 24"-30" 4 bundles. For more VOLUME add an extra bundle.
What's the difference between a Frontal or Closure?
Frontals come in 13x4 and 13x6 dimensions. Frontals lay ear to ear, giving it the look of your natural hairline, with parting space of 4 to 6 inches depending on how deep you want part.
Closures come in 4x4, 5x5, 6x6 and 7x7. It has limited space and can be placed anywhere on the hairline, with parting space of 4-7 inches depending on how deep you want part.
What's the difference between Custom Wigs and Ready to Ship?
Custom Wigs is made from your head measurement and to your liking.
Ready To Ship is made with average head measurements and styled various. They will be posted for First Come First Served.
How important is measurements?
Measurement insures that your wig is made to your exact head size. Proper measurement takes away the need for any combs or adjustable bands.
On the Wig Authorization form you will be required to put in your measurement for Custom Wigs. Failure to input measurements will result in cancellation of order.
How to care for hair?
1. Shampoo and condition hair weekly with a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner.
2. Do not massage hair.
3. Use a dime size amount of hair serum to hair and let hair airdry.
4. To straighten or curl hair use a hair protectant.
5. To refresh natural waves, use water in a spray bottle and a wide tooth comb. Work from ends to roots.
6. NIGHTTIME ROUTINE: Detangle hair, divide hair into sections, braid or twist hair into plaits, wear a satin bonnet and scarf.
How to color hair?
Yes! Our hair can be colored. We recommend bleach hair to achieve desired color. We highly recommend that you do not use a developer higher than 30 volume developer.
Note: Coloring hair can alter curl and wave pattern.
How long do our extensions last?
Boss Virgin Extension can last up to 12 months or longer depending on care.
Luxe Collection Extension can last 4+ years depending on care.
