Processing and Shipping Policy

For Bundles and Lace: There is 3-7 business days for processing time. During the holidays and sale orders there will be a 7-14 days processing time.

For Build Your Own Unit: Once your hair is received, there is a mandatory 7-15 days to create your order.

For Byob Wig Construction: Once your hair is received, there is a mandatory 7-15 days to create your order. Need it quicker, we can have it done in 2-4 days for a fee.

Ready to Ship wig will be shipped within 24-48 hrs.

All orders will be shipped with USPS Priority Mail

Please note that orders placed over the weekend will begin the processing time the following business day. All orders require a signature for delivery and are covered with package insurance. Once we ship your order, you will immediately receive a tracking number to the email you provided us. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. All orders require your signature and identification at delivery.

For local drop offs and pick ups you will need order number and I.D to receive order.
