A. Our high-end raw Indonesian hair bundles are sourced directly from reputable suppliers in Indonesia. We have established relationships with ethically responsible vendors who adhere to the highest standards of quality. The hair is collected from donors in Indonesia, and our commitment to excellence ensures that we provide our customers with unprocessed, 100% natural human hair.
What is the difference between raw, raw virgin and virgin(remy) hair?
A. I know you have heard these term used in the hair industry but this is a simple answer to help. Yes virgin hair is remy hair like the hair found in the beauty supply.
Raw hair is unprocessed and has not undergone any chemical treatment. It is sourced directly from donors and can vary in texture, color, and length. Raw hair is considered more natural and retains its original state. Generally, raw hair is of high quality because it has not been altered by chemical processes.
Raw virgin hair is often steamed processed and/or steamed chemically untreated. It comes from 1-2 donors and is usually of a consistent texture and color. Virgin hair can be sourced from various regions. Virgin hair is known for its quality, and it is often chosen for its natural and healthy appearance.
Virgin/Remy hair is processed and chemically treated. Remy hair is typically sourced from multiple donors, and the cuticles are aligned, reducing tangling and matting. It often has a smooth, natural appearance. Remy hair is considered high quality due to the preservation of the cuticle and its ability to maintain a more natural look.
How do I choose the right hair texture?
A. Our raw extensions mimic the authenticity of natural, untreated hair. If you prefer a curled or crimped style, we recommend the Natural Wave texture. It effortlessly enhances the beauty of textured and wavy looks.

A. Our units are 1000% customizable. You can create a custom wig that perfectly matches your preferences and style. With this exciting option, you have the freedom to design a personalized unit that is truly one-of-a-kind.

What's the difference between Custom Wigs and Ready to Ship?
Custom Wigs is made from your head measurement and to your liking.
Ready To Ship is made with average head measurements and styled various. They will be posted for First Come First Served.
How important is measurements?
A. Measurement insures that your wig is made to your exact head size. Proper measurement takes away the need for any combs or adjustable bands.
How much hair do you need?
A. Always remember; the shorter hair the longer wefts and the longer hair the shorter wefts. For a more full install we recommend this method:12"-14" 2 bundle; 16"-22" 3 bundles; 24"-30" 4 bundles. For more VOLUME add an extra bundle.
What's the difference between a Frontal or Closure?
A. Frontals come in 13x4 and 13x6 dimensions. Frontals lay ear to ear, giving it the look of your natural hairline, with parting space of 4 to 6 inches depending on how deep you want part.
Closures come in 4x4, 5x5, 6x6 and 7x7. It has limited space and can be placed anywhere on the hairline, with parting space of 4-7 inches depending on how deep you want part.
What's the difference between Custom Wigs and Ready to Ship?
Custom wigs are crafted to perfection, tailored to the precise measurements of your head, and fully customized to reflect your unique preferences.
Ready-to-Ship wigs are designed with standard head measurements and in various styles. They will be available on a First Come First Served basis once posted.
What is the lifespan of our extensions?
A. Our wigs, crafted with Luxe Collection Extensions, can retain their quality for four years or more when cared for appropriately. The wig construction itself has a lifespan of over three years with proper maintenance. We recommend changing the elastic band annually to ensure optimal performance.
