Before making a purchase, please ensure that you accurately measure your head. It's crucial to note that all units are non-refundable unless there is an error on our part. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and we do not accept exchanges or returns for wig units.

 

For Bundles and Lace, refunds or exchanges can be processed within 14 days of receiving the items. However, certain conditions apply. The seals must remain unbroken, and the hair must not be altered in any way. The return must precisely match the original condition in which it was received.

 

In the case of damaged items, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item to initiate the resolution process.

 

It's essential to highlight that any chargebacks will be addressed in a court of law, and customers engaging in such actions will be banned from making future purchases. We appreciate your understanding of these policies.
