ALL SALES ON CUSTOM ORDER WIGS AND READY TO SHIP WIGS ARE FINAL.

 
Only exception is if you gave incorrect measurements for the custom orders. There is an extra fee of $75 for remakes.

 
How do I cancel or make changes to my order?

 
To Cancel: Go to Contact. In the message box put "Cancel Order" followed by your order number within 24 hours of placing your order. ( example: Cancel Order 12345)

 
To Change: Go to Contact. In the message box put "Change Order" followed by your order number within 24 hours of placing your order. ( example: Change Order 12345)

 
How important is measurements?

 
Measurement insures that your wig is made to your exact head size. Proper measurement takes away the need for any combs or adjustable bands.

 
On the Wig Authorization form you will be required to put in your measurement for Custom Wigs. Failure to input measurements will result in cancellation of order.

Using Inspirational Color photos, replicas of the color will be similar, but not exactly the same due to all bundles not being the same. 
Results will vary based on the quality of hair you provide. Low quality hair will not function the way great quality hair does. If you provide low quality hair your baby hairs may not lay correctly and your knots may not take well to bleach.
